Breeze Airways began nonstop flights between Atlantic City and Myrtle Beach on October 22, 2026. The new service links Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) in Egg Harbor Township with Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) on Thursdays and Sundays.

Twice-weekly service can suit a long weekend or a four-night stay. It also means a canceled flight may leave several days before the next Breeze nonstop, so a fixed event or separate ticket needs a backup plan.

The practical answer: Search Thursday or Sunday for a nonstop ACY-MYR itinerary. Check both local times, the final fare after bags and seats, and the next workable flight if plans change. Atlantic City airport is outside the city itself, so include the ground trip in the comparison.

This guide was checked on October 22, 2026, the route's first day of operation.

What started on October 22

Breeze announced the route in May, with nonstop flights planned for Thursday and Sunday. Same-day reports from WPDE and WMBF confirm that service launched on October 22.

Breeze's live Atlantic City to Myrtle Beach calendar displays bookable Thursday and Sunday dates. Search the exact outbound and return dates because fares, departure times and availability can change.

The airline's May announcement advertised a limited $49 No Flex promotion. That booking window ended on May 11. It is historical launch context, not a current fare. Use the price shown for the exact trip and compare the complete checkout total.

Decide whether twice-weekly service fits

A Thursday outbound with a Sunday return creates a short break. A Sunday outbound with a Thursday return creates a longer stay. Other combinations require at least a full week unless another airline or airport is used for one direction.

That pattern is simple when everything runs as planned and restrictive when it does not. The next Breeze nonstop can be three or four days later. Before paying for a nonrefundable hotel, cruise, tournament or show, compare the cost of arriving earlier with the cost of recovering from a missed date.

If Breeze cancels the flight or makes a qualifying significant change, start with the choices attached to the reservation. The US Department of Transportation's refund guidance says a passenger is entitled to a refund when the airline cancels and the passenger declines the alternative and does not travel. That rule does not require the airline to buy a seat on another carrier.

Compare the fare after bags and seats

Every Breeze fare includes one personal item that fits under the seat. Breeze's current travel guidance lists a maximum personal-item size of 17 by 13 by 8 inches. A carry-on can measure up to 22 by 14 by 9 inches and weigh up to 35 pounds. A standard checked bag can measure up to 62 linear inches and weigh up to 50 pounds.

The bundle comparison currently shows a personal item with No Flex, a carry-on with Nice, a carry-on plus one checked bag with Nicer, and two checked bags with Nicest. The exact checkout summary controls. Breeze's bag-pricing page says prices vary by trip and that a bag added by an airport or support team member costs $75.

No Flex has separate restrictions. Breeze's current fare summary describes it as the base option with a cancellation fee, while the Contract of Carriage says reservations containing No Flex are subject to the restrictions displayed at booking. If the trip might move, compare the value of flexibility before choosing the lowest headline fare.

Travelers who want to sit together should price assigned seats instead of relying on an open seat after boarding. Families should review the current family-seating terms for their fare and reservation. Separate reservations can make a group harder to place together.

Check in with time to spare

Breeze recommends arriving at least two hours before a domestic flight. Its current guidance says online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure. Checked bags must be accepted at least 45 minutes before the flight, boarding begins around 30 minutes before departure, and the gate closes 15 minutes before takeoff.

Save the boarding pass, confirmation number and destination address offline. Airport Wi-Fi and mobile service can fail at the least useful moment. A screenshot will not show a later gate or time change, so check the airline app and departure screens again at the airport.

Know where ACY and MYR actually are

Atlantic City International Airport is in Egg Harbor Township, not on the Boardwalk. ACY says taxis, rideshare and car-share services are available curbside. Its taxi and rideshare page directs taxi passengers to the desk between baggage claim and the terminal exit.

Drivers have garage, short-term and economy choices within walking distance of the ACY terminal. The airport's parking page says the lots operate 24 hours a day and are cashless. Check the live rates before leaving home rather than relying on an old parking price.

At MYR, the airport's ground-transport guide lists rental cars, taxis, rideshare, hotel shuttles and Coast RTA Route 15S. Taxis wait outside Door 6 at baggage claim. Rideshare pickup is in the designated commercial lane across from Door 5. The bus stops on Jetport Road, so compare its current schedule and route with the hotel's location before treating it as the best option.

Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach and the wider Grand Strand are not interchangeable pickup points. Put the complete street address into the map before choosing a taxi, rideshare, bus or rental car. A hotel that looks close on a destination search can be a meaningful drive from MYR.

Staying connected on both ends

A live United States OpenSim eSIM can provide mobile data on an eligible phone in New Jersey and South Carolina. It can help with flight alerts, maps, parking, rideshare messages and a changed itinerary after landing.

OpenSim's public catalog was checked on October 22. Price, data allowance, validity, network, hotspot support and top-up eligibility can change, so read the selected package before paying. Not every plan is reloadable. An eSIM does not provide inflight Wi-Fi, change a flight or guarantee a signal in every terminal, hotel or coastal area.

Ten questions about Breeze Atlantic City-Myrtle Beach flights

Which days does Breeze fly between Atlantic City and Myrtle Beach?

The current pattern is Thursday and Sunday. Search the exact dates because holiday, seasonal and operational changes can create exceptions.

Is the ACY-MYR flight nonstop?

Yes. Breeze launched nonstop service in both directions. Confirm that the result selected for the travel date still says nonstop before payment.

Is Atlantic City airport on the Boardwalk?

No. ACY is in Egg Harbor Township. Include the taxi, rideshare, rental-car or pickup trip between the airport and the final Atlantic City address in the schedule and budget.

How should I plan around a twice-weekly flight?

Identify the next workable flight before booking. A cancellation can leave three or four days before the next Breeze nonstop, so arrive early for an event that cannot move and avoid a fragile separate connection.

Is a cabin bag part of the cheapest fare?

Do not assume it does. Every fare includes one personal item. The current Nice, Nicer and Nicest bundles include a carry-on, while No Flex can require it to be purchased separately.

Can I change a No Flex reservation?

No Flex is the airline's most restrictive option. Read the rules displayed for the exact booking, including change limits, cancellation deductions and whether one change could affect other travelers or segments on the reservation.

Will Breeze seat my group together?

Do not rely on seats being available together at the gate. Price assigned seats when sitting together matters, and check Breeze's current family-seating terms when traveling with children.

When should I arrive for a Breeze domestic flight?

Breeze recommends two hours before departure. Complete check-in and hand over checked bags before the 45-minute cutoff, then be at the gate early enough for boarding.

What transport is available after landing at MYR?

MYR lists rental cars, taxis outside Door 6, rideshare across from Door 5, some hotel shuttles and Coast RTA Route 15S. Match the choice to the full address and arrival time.

Can one eSIM work in Atlantic City and Myrtle Beach?

Yes. An eligible United States plan can provide mobile data in both places on a compatible, unlocked phone. Check the selected plan's networks, activation rule and coverage before purchase.

Before booking

  • Search Thursday or Sunday and confirm the nonstop ACY-MYR label.
  • Check the current local times in both directions.
  • Compare the complete total after bags and assigned seats.
  • Read the live No Flex or bundle rules before paying.
  • Decide what you would do if the next nonstop is three or four days later.
  • Avoid a tight separately ticketed connection.
  • Remember that ACY is in Egg Harbor Township, outside Atlantic City itself.
  • Match the MYR ground option to the complete hotel or rental address.
  • Check in when the 24-hour window opens and save the boarding pass offline.
  • Arrive with time to meet the 45-minute check-in and bag deadline.

Source checks for this launch

Breeze's May announcement supports the route, start date and Thursday-Sunday pattern. Same-day local reports support the October 22 launch, and Breeze's live calendar supports current bookability. The airline's bundle, bag, check-in and Contract of Carriage pages support the passenger guidance. ACY and MYR support the airport-location and transport details, while the US Department of Transportation supports the refund boundary.

Public traveler discussions were used to identify questions about No Flex, bags, seats, twice-weekly recovery, parking and transfers. They were not used as proof of airline policy or route operation.

We will update this guide if Breeze changes the operating days, stopping pattern, fare rules, bag policy, check-in deadlines or route status, or if ACY or MYR makes a material ground-transport change.
