Start with the plan and destination, then check the phone settings. Stop when mobile data begins working.
Open the package coverage list and confirm that your current country is included.
Open My eSIMs and confirm that the order is ready or active, with data and validity remaining.
Open Settings, then Cellular or Mobile Data. Select the travel eSIM and make sure Turn On This Line is enabled.
In Cellular or Mobile Data, open Cellular Data and select the travel eSIM.
Open the travel eSIM settings and enable Data Roaming. Keep roaming off on your primary SIM if you want to avoid home-carrier charges.
In Cellular Data, turn off Allow Cellular Data Switching while testing the travel eSIM.
Turn airplane mode on for 20 seconds, turn it off, then restart the phone if data still does not connect.
Open Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data, then choose this eSIM.
Leave network selection on Automatic first.
Network names aren't available for this plan here. Keep selection on Automatic, or contact support.
Leave APN settings unchanged unless support gives you a value.
