PGE Narodowy stadium exterior in Warsaw, photographed in April 2026

Warsaw's Audio Video Show runs October 23-25, 2026, across PGE Narodowy, Radisson Blu Sobieski and Golden Tulip Warsaw Centre. One admission covers all three venues. Choose the rooms or sessions you care about before setting off, then group them by location: crossing the city repeatedly uses time you could spend listening.

The organizer's current opening hours are noon-20:00 on Friday, 10:00-20:00 on Saturday and 10:00-17:00 on Sunday, all Warsaw local time. This is a public show, not a trade-only exhibition. You can compare headphones, speakers and home-cinema equipment without arriving with a purchase list or specialist vocabulary.

The photograph shows the stadium in April 2026, before this event. It is a venue photograph, not an image of the exhibition or a guide to which entrance is open.

Which Warsaw audio-show ticket should you buy?

The official ticket page lists these ticket-desk prices, checked October 23:

AdmissionPrice at the deskBest fit
One dayPLN 60A focused shortlist on one date
Three daysPLN 90Splitting venues or returning for different sessions
Trade, one dayPLN 100Visitors working in the audio-video industry

Two separate day tickets cost PLN 120, so the three-day pass costs PLN 30 less if you intend to attend twice. It does not make sense to buy the pass merely because it is better value on paper if you only have Sunday afternoon.

Online totals can include fees. Use the official sales link, check the final amount before payment and avoid treating a quoted box-office rate as the checkout total. Tickets are available at the entrance too, with cash or card payment.

Under-16s, people with disabilities and one accompanying carer qualify for free admission. Collect the free ticket and wristband at the desk with evidence of eligibility. Free admission does not establish that every listening room has step-free access or space for a stroller.

Keep the pass: the wristband changes each day

The current admission terms say a three-day ticket is scanned on each visit day and exchanged for a new wristband that day. Keep the ticket through Sunday. Yesterday's wristband alone is not the document you need to collect today's.

The wristband lets you move between the three venues and must stay on while you attend. Save the ticket PDF locally or bring a printout; protect its QR code rather than posting it in a public group. The current ticket page allows a phone-screen ticket, so printing is a backup rather than a universal requirement.

The organizer's terms also describe online reminder-email consent and the option of buying at the box office instead. Read the terms before paying if that matters to you. Purchased tickets are normally non-refundable; the terms distinguish cancellation of the fair from changes to individual programme items. A favorite session changing does not automatically mean the whole ticket will be refunded.

Treat the show as two geographic stops

The official venue maps separate the stadium from the two hotels. Radisson Blu Sobieski and Golden Tulip are opposite each other across the junction, so they make a sensible pair.

VenueAddressPlanning approach
PGE Narodowyal. ks. J. Poniatowskiego 1Group stadium rooms and timed presentations together
Radisson Blu Sobieskiplac Artura Zawiszy 1Check the floor as well as the room number
Golden Tulip Warsaw Centreul. Towarowa 2Combine with the Sobieski rather than making another city crossing

Sobieski's exhibition includes hotel floors I-VII and conference rooms. A room number without a venue name is an incomplete meeting point. When sharing a plan with friends, write the building, floor and room, then agree where to meet if you split up.

Do not assume that a hotel bedroom used for a demonstration has the same access arrangements as a large conference hall. Ask the organizer or venue about your particular room and mobility needs before making it the centerpiece of the day.

Use the free shuttle, but leave a transfer gap

The organizer advertises a free shuttle between the front of Radisson Blu Sobieski and Gate 5 at PGE Narodowy, every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour. That interval is not a guarantee of a 30-minute door-to-door transfer: allow for reaching the stop, waiting and finding the next room.

For the hotels, useful public-transport arrival points are Plac Zawiszy and Warszawa Ochota. For the stadium, look at Rondo Waszyngtona or Warszawa Stadion. From Warsaw Chopin Airport, the organizer lists bus 175 toward the hotels and SKM S2 toward Ochota or Stadion. These are Chopin options, not instructions for Warsaw Modlin Airport.

Check the day's journey before leaving your accommodation. Avoid two back-to-back timed sessions in different parts of the city. The advertised shuttle information does not establish a late-night service after closing, so plan the return journey separately. Show admission should not be treated as a Warsaw public-transport ticket.

Pick a few timed sessions before filling the gaps

Two entries in the official guest programme illustrate why the room and date matter:

Date and timeSessionWhere
Saturday, October 24, 12:00Piotr Metz presents The Beatles' *Rubber Soul*PGE Narodowy, Studio TV6, Level 1
Sunday, October 25, 16:00Anne Bisson performs with vinyl accompanimentPGE Narodowy, Londyn C, Level 2

These are selected examples, not a complete running order. Check the programme again on the day, and do not assume an English-language website means every presentation is in English. Ask the exhibitor about session language, reservations and capacity if a particular demonstration is the reason for your trip.

For Saturday's noon session, a stadium-first plan avoids a cross-city transfer immediately before it. On Sunday, the 16:00 performance falls within the final hour of the show. Finish any hotel rooms you care about earlier rather than expecting to visit them after the performance.

Is one day enough for a useful visit?

One day can work if you choose what to skip. Make a short list with one main interest, such as headphones or a speaker shortlist, and one timed session. Leave unassigned time for a room you discover along the way.

A practical one-day plan is to start at the venue containing your most important session, spend a substantial block there, then make one transfer to the other venue group. This is planning advice, not a measured estimate of queue lengths. If your shortlist spans several hotel floors and multiple stadium sessions, two days will be less rushed.

For a mixed-interest group, agree on a lunch break rather than asking everyone to sit through every demonstration. A child entering free may still be ready to leave long before an enthusiast has finished comparing equipment. For a longer trip, our Poland with kids guide covers family stops beyond this exhibition.

Bring familiar music, and ask before connecting equipment

Download a small selection of music you know well before leaving Wi-Fi. A passage with a familiar voice, bass line or dense arrangement gives you something consistent to compare. Keep notes about the whole setup and the room, not just the model name.

Bring the source, cable or adapter you normally use if you want to ask about trying it. Ask before unplugging anything. An exhibitor may use a fixed demonstration system, and bringing your phone does not guarantee that you can connect it. You can still learn from the supplied demonstration if your own source is unsuitable.

Take breaks between sessions. Background conversations, unfamiliar rooms and a different volume can affect an impression; a brief show audition is a starting point for questions, not proof that the same setup will sound identical at home. Ask about compatibility with your existing equipment, a later dealer audition and the conditions of any purchase rather than assuming every display is available to take away.

The organizer's terms warn about sound exposure and recommend hearing protection. Avoid compensating for surrounding noise by continually raising the volume, and leave a demonstration that is uncomfortable. Free child admission is not a recommendation to spend an entire day near loud playback.

Useful apps and offline preparation for Warsaw

Jakdojade is useful for planning the public-transport parts of the trip. Its Warsaw ticket instructions distinguish buying a ticket from validating it. For the described ZTM mobile tickets, scan the vehicle QR code after boarding a bus or tram; for the metro, validate before crossing the gates or entering the lift. Allow camera access before you are standing at the entrance.

Keep the distinction between documents clear: the show's PDF may be saved offline, but a screenshot of an app-based transport ticket is not a substitute for following that app's validation and inspection process. A route result also does not mean you have paid for the journey.

Before heading out, save your show ticket, venue maps, accommodation address and preferred rooms. Download your listening playlist too. Mobile data is more useful for checking a changed route or messaging friends than for repeatedly downloading large music files while you are inside a demonstration.

A small Poland data plan can cover the travel tasks

OpenSim Poland plans provide a separate allowance for the city journeys around the show. On October 23, the catalog listed 1 GB for seven days at US$1.14 and 3 GB for 15 days at US$3.00, both eligible for top-up. Check current pricing and any checkout fees before buying.

For an unlocked compatible phone without a suitable existing allowance, that is a practical way to budget for maps, transport checks and messages without buying a large data package purely for this weekend. If your existing plan already includes usable Poland data at no extra charge, keeping it may be the simpler choice.

OpenSim does not replace offline tickets or guarantee reception inside every room. Use the travel data calculator, check phone compatibility and read when to install before traveling before relying on a new plan.

Warsaw show sources and weekend updates

Dates, admission, transfers and selected sessions were checked against the organizer's linked pages on October 23, 2026. Recheck them before your visit, particularly if a timed presentation or an accessibility arrangement determines your day. This guide covers the October 23-25 edition; it does not establish dates or admission rules for next year.
