Travel eSIM for Nepal

Visited Kathmandu and Namche Bazaar. Helpful for the city and lower trekking areas. Service became intermittent at higher elevations, but the eSIM was still useful for the connected sections.

Visited Bhaktapur and Nagarkot. Easy activation and good everyday performance. I used maps, WhatsApp, and photo uploads throughout the trip with no major issue.

Visited Kathmandu and Everest Base Camp flight route. It was very useful before the flight and during the Kathmandu portion of the trip. In remote mountain areas, coverage was naturally limited.

Visited Pokhara and Sarangkot. The eSIM was dependable in the city and around the lakeside. A few hill sections had lower speeds, but navigation still worked.

Visited Kathmandu and Patan. Excellent for normal travel needs. WhatsApp, banking, maps, and translation apps all worked immediately after installation.

Visited Kathmandu and Langtang approach. It worked well in Kathmandu, but mobile data became inconsistent on the rural road toward the trekking area. I would still use it for city travel.

Visited Pokhara and Begnas Lake. Good connection for maps and travel apps. I could send photos and voice messages easily while moving around Pokhara.

Visited Lumbini and Bhairahawa. The eSIM was helpful for directions and hotel communication. Service was stable around the main tourist areas and easy to activate.

Visited Kathmandu and Dhulikhel. Reliable data in Kathmandu and useful for navigation outside the city. I noticed a few slower stretches near Dhulikhel but nothing serious.

Visited Patan and Bhaktapur. The service worked well throughout the valley. I used maps, translation, and restaurant apps while visiting heritage sites.

Visited Kathmandu and Boudhanath. Fast enough for video calls, maps, and sharing photos. The connection was dependable around Kathmandu and setup was straightforward.

Visited Pokhara and Australian Camp route. Good connectivity in the lower areas and useful for weather checks. Signal naturally became weaker on the higher trekking sections.

Visited Kathmandu and Swayambhunath. The eSIM made airport pickup and city navigation easy. I used ride-hailing, banking apps, and WhatsApp without problems.

Visited Kathmandu and Chitwan. Very convenient while moving between cities. Maps, hotel messages, and photo uploads worked reliably, including around Chitwan town.

Visited Pokhara and Sarangkot. The connection was strong in Pokhara and worked well for WhatsApp calls. There were a few slower moments on the uphill route to Sarangkot.

Visited Kathmandu and Nagarkot. Good service for a mix of city sightseeing and a mountain viewpoint. I used maps and weather apps frequently and everything loaded quickly.

Visited Lalitpur and Patan Durbar Square. The eSIM worked smoothly for maps, messages, and photo uploads. Setup was quick and I did not need to buy a physical SIM.

Visited Kathmandu and Bhaktapur. Useful for temple directions and translation apps. Data slowed a little during a rural drive, but city coverage was strong.

Visited Pokhara and Phewa Lake. Reliable data around Pokhara for maps, booking information, and sharing photos. The connection was good around the lakeside area.

Visited Kathmandu and Thamel. The eSIM connected quickly after arrival and worked well for maps, WhatsApp, and ride-hailing. It made navigating Kathmandu much easier.
