The two nights have different lineups. Buy the night that includes the artist you most want to see, then treat every other performance as part of a multi-artist show. The organizer says artists can change or cancel without notice, and it has not published a minute-by-minute running order.

The listing order is not a running order. Neither AXS night page gives set times, and an iHeartRadio festival appearance should not be treated as an artist's full tour concert. That distinction matters most to fans planning a costly last-minute trip around one act.

Two-day ticket offers appear on the current AXS pages, but a two-day pass is not automatically the sensible choice. Compare the live total with two single-night tickets, then weigh the second lineup against another hotel night, meals and transport. Use only AXS or its official marketplace links rather than arranging a transfer with an unknown social-media seller.

Is the iHeartRadio House of Music free?

Yes. The House of Music is free and open to the public outside T-Mobile Arena from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. on September 18 and 19. You do not need an arena ticket or wristband to enter the outdoor activation.

The 2026 rooms are inspired by BTS, Cardi B, Kenny Chesney and Zara Larsson. The organizer describes interactive sets based on each artist rather than a meet-and-greet. It has not promised that the artists will appear in their rooms.

Saturday also includes a Stella Lefty pre-show performance and a Major Lazer post-show performance at House of Music. The organizer has not published exact performance times, queue limits or a reservation system. If one room matters to you, go before arena doors rather than assuming the line will be shorter after the show.

House of Music remains open while the arena concert is running. That does not create an in-and-out option for ticket holders: T-Mobile Arena has a no-re-entry policy.

How do AXS mobile tickets work at T-Mobile Arena?

T-Mobile Arena uses AXS Mobile ID. Open the ticket in the AXS app, sign in to the account that received it, and make sure the phone has enough charge before joining the entry line. A screenshot may not replace the live mobile credential.

For groups, choose one of two plans:

1. Keep all tickets on one phone and enter together.
2. Transfer each ticket in AXS before people split up.

T-Mobile Arena says ticket transfers are free and can be repeated, but the recipient needs an AXS account. Finish that process while everyone is on reliable service. Do not wait until one person is already inside, since there is no re-entry.

The arena box office opens at 2 p.m. on event days and closes when the show starts. Will Call collection, when arranged, requires the order details and identification specified by the ticket issuer. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

What is the iHeartRadio Music Festival bag policy?

T-Mobile Arena does not permit bags or backpacks. The exception is a small personal bag no larger than 9 by 5 by 2 inches. It does not have to be transparent.

Measure the bag at home. A tote, mini backpack or camera bag can still fail the rule even if it looks small. The arena lists Binbox lockers on Toshiba Plaza for rejected items, starting at $20. The lockers are cashless, cannot be accessed during the event and close 45 minutes after the event ends.

The simpler plan is to bring a phone, payment card and identification. If you need medication or accessibility equipment, ask Guest Services which exception and entry process applies before travel. The arena prohibits outside food and drinks, including sealed or empty bottles. It also lists professional cameras, recording devices, selfie sticks, laptops and tablets among prohibited items.

Are lightsticks allowed at the iHeartRadio Music Festival?

The published arena rules do not give a clear yes or no for K-pop lightsticks. T-Mobile Arena prohibits items including flashlights, laser pointers, noisemakers and objects that block other guests' views, so a lightstick may be assessed by security at entry.

Contact T-Mobile Arena Guest Services before traveling if bringing one matters to you. Give them the lightstick's dimensions and whether it has a removable battery. A reply from another fan or a rule from a different venue is not approval for this event.

If the venue confirms it is allowed, keep it below other people's sightlines and follow any event-day instruction. Do not assume the festival will issue synchronized wristbands; the organizer has not announced them for 2026.

How should you get to T-Mobile Arena?

Walking is the most predictable option for visitors staying near the south-central Strip. T-Mobile Arena sits between Park MGM and New York-New York, away from the Las Vegas Boulevard curb. Allow extra time for bridges, casino interiors and security lines.

Getting from Harry Reid airport to the festival

RTC public buses serve the airport and connect with the wider Las Vegas network. Check the live route rather than relying on an old blog timetable. A taxi or rideshare is more direct with luggage, but pickup instructions and travel time can change with traffic and event demand.

Do not route a flight connection around the scheduled show start. Build in time for baggage, hotel check-in, the walk to the arena and entry screening. If the flight is same-day, keep the ticket and hotel details accessible offline.

From the Strip

RTC's RideRTC app can plan trips, show live arrivals and sell RTC passes. Those passes do not cover the Las Vegas Monorail. The Deuce runs along the Strip, but event traffic can make a short distance slow. Compare the live bus estimate with walking before boarding.

For rideshare, the arena directs drop-offs to the ground level of the New York-New York garage. It directs post-event pickup to nearby casino locations such as New York-New York or Park MGM rather than the arena entrance. Set a meeting point before the show so a weak signal does not split the group.

If you drive

T-Mobile Arena sells prepaid event parking at nearby MGM properties. The venue says these passes are cashless, nonrefundable and can be bought until seven hours before an event, subject to availability. It also says parking cannot be purchased on site on the night of the event.

Park once. The no-re-entry rule and post-show traffic make returning to a vehicle between House of Music and the arena a poor plan. Photograph the garage level and pin the pedestrian entrance before leaving the car.

What should a solo visitor plan before the festival?

A solo trip is easier when the return route is settled before the concert. Book a hotel and ticket through traceable channels, share the itinerary with someone you trust, and avoid making accommodation or ticket payments to strangers from an open discussion thread.

Use these practical checks:

• Save the hotel's full address, not just its brand name.
• Pick a lit, staffed post-show meeting or pickup point.

What accessibility support is available?

T-Mobile Arena has accessible seating on all levels and asks guests who need accommodations to contact Guest Services in advance. Accessible parking is first come, first served in affiliated lots, and the ADA drop-off is at the East Suite Entrance through the New York-New York garage.

The venue lists elevators, accessible public restrooms, family restrooms, assistive-listening devices and sensory kits. It also has sensory pods near Sections 13 and 216. Wheelchair rentals are not available, and wheelchair escorts are subject to availability.

Concert captioning and interpreting require advance contact. Do not assume a request made at the door can be arranged before the show. If heat, distance or crowds affect mobility, map the accessible drop-off and the correct entrance rather than using a generic rideshare pin.

How hot will Las Vegas be in September?

September is cooler than midsummer, but Las Vegas can still be very hot. National Weather Service climate normals put the month's average high at 94.9°F and average low at 72.4°F. Check the event-week forecast because a monthly normal is not a forecast for September 18 or 19.

House of Music is outdoors and opens at 4 p.m., when pavement and unshaded queues may still feel hot. Drink water before approaching the arena, use sunscreen, and plan an indoor break. You cannot carry an empty bottle through arena security under the current published rules, so verify whether any event-specific exception appears before arrival.

Which apps should you set up before the concert?

Install and sign in before travel. A password reset outside the arena is avoidable.
