Which Stagecoach 2027 pass should you buy?

Every current admission option covers all three days. The choice is about viewing area, shade, seating, restrooms and transport, not which day you can attend.

The general-sale price reported by current local coverage starts at $599. The official page shows sold or unavailable lower tiers in some modules and a higher available tier for the shuttle bundle. Check the live AXS basket before approving payment rather than treating an older advance-sale tier as available.

GA is the practical default for most visitors. It includes all three days, water refill stations, rest areas, food vendors, restrooms and phone charging. It does not reserve a seat or a fixed patch of ground.

The GA plus shuttle bundle is useful only if the group will stay near a listed stop. Open the official shuttle map before booking a hotel. A cheaper room can become an awkward choice when it requires two separate rides every morning and night.

Rhinestone Saloon adds designated areas near the Mane and Palomino stages, but it does not turn the entire festival into reserved seating. Corral Reserved is the clear option for an assigned Mane Stage seat. It still does not reserve positions at the other stages.

Prepare for the September 18 ticket sale

Stagecoach uses an AXS-powered FanAccount. Finish the account work before 11am PT so checkout is spent choosing a pass, not resetting a password.

1. Open the sale from Stagecoach, not from a reseller advertisement or direct message.
2. Sign in to the Stagecoach FanAccount and verify the buyer's email, phone and billing details.
3. Decide whether the group wants GA, GA plus shuttle, Rhinestone, pit or a specific Corral section.
4. Confirm the order stays within the eight-pass limit or the separate two-six-pack limit.
5. Decide whether to pay in full or select the payment plan during checkout.
6. Check the total with taxes, shipping and any payment-plan fee before paying.
7. Save the order confirmation and the original purchaser's account details.

The current order information says all sales are final. The on-sale payment plan is available through November 30 while supplies last for eligible orders over $100. It requires $49 at checkout, splits the balance into monthly payments through January 2027, and adds a $20 flat fee. PayPal is not available for that plan.

A missed payment has a ten-day grace period. After that, Stagecoach says the order may be cancelled and amounts paid may be issued as expiring Stagecoach credit. Anyone choosing installments should keep the payment card current and check the account rather than relying only on email delivery.

The daily lineup matters because every pass covers the weekend and the event does not offer a one-day shortcut.

Friday, April 23: Riley Green headlines. HARDY, Brothers Osborne, Cody Jinks, Shaboozey, Dylan Gossett, Gretchen Wilson and Jo Dee Messina are among the announced artists.

Saturday, April 24: Zach Top headlines. Willie Nelson & Family, Journey, Charley Crockett, Stephen Wilson Jr., The Fray, Dasha and Tedeschi Trucks Band are on the announced bill.

Sunday, April 25: Garth Brooks closes the festival. Kelly Clarkson, Pitbull, Turnpike Troubadours, Carin Leon, Matchbox Twenty, David Lee Roth and Melissa Etheridge are among the announced artists.

Florida Georgia Line, Sean Paul and Flo Rida are announced for Late Night on the Mustang Stage. Exact set times and a final 2027 map were not published when this guide was checked. Do not book a flight or long transfer around an assumed finish time for one performer.

Is the Stagecoach shuttle pass worth it?

The official shuttle is the most predictable option for a visitor staying near a participating stop. Stagecoach lists service to the festival from 1pm to 8pm each day, with return buses ending 60 minutes after the music finishes. Shuttle riders use the closest festival drop-off and pickup area.

A standalone three-day shuttle pass is currently $130. The GA plus shuttle bundle saves $10 against buying the two separately. The saving is small; the real value is avoiding a late-night rideshare queue or having one person drive after a long day.

Stagecoach operates a rideshare stand at Avenue 49 and Monroe Street from noon to 3am. Its own travel page warns that the highest waits occur between midnight and 2:30am. Public first-timer discussions repeatedly raise surge pricing, weak phone service and battery drain after the final act. Those reports support making a backup plan, but they do not establish a guaranteed fare or wait time.

Use this decision rule:

• Buy the shuttle when the hotel is on or close to a listed route.
• Use free day parking when the group has a sober driver and can accept a slow exit.
• Use rideshare only with a clear pickup plan, charged phones and room for a long wait.
• Do not book a distant hotel first and assume a convenient shuttle stop will appear later.

Free parking, preferred parking and airport choices

Free day parking is first come, first served. The lots open at noon and close at 2am. Every person in the vehicle must already have a festival wristband, and the parking area does not allow overnight stays, RVs or tailgating. Once the main lots fill, traffic may be directed to a free off-site park and ride.

Preferred parking is a paid add-on, not permission to sleep in the car. Camping Companion Parking is a different product for Resort guests and follows separate movement rules.

Stagecoach lists Palm Springs International, Los Angeles International and Ontario International as flight options. Palm Springs is the local airport, but flight availability and price can make LAX or Ontario attractive for some travelers. Compare the full transfer, not just the airfare. A late arrival at a distant airport can require a rental car, a long private transfer or an extra hotel night.

There is no passenger rail station at the festival gate. The organizer lists SunLine, Greyhound and Amtrak as regional planning options, but each leaves a final transfer to Indio or the venue. Build that final leg before buying a nonrefundable intercity ticket.

Camping does not include festival admission

The Resort has RV sites, Lake Eldorado tents and lodges, La Campana tents, car camping and Safari options. Every camper still needs the appropriate festival wristband and Resort credential.

Car camping provides a 10 by 30 foot site for one car and tents, with up to four Resort wristbands. Children 10 and under do not count toward that site limit. The vehicle must remain in the site for the weekend; leaving forfeits the space.

An RV site is 20 by 50 feet, has power for 30-amp and 50-amp service, and provides up to eight Resort wristbands. Tents are not allowed in RV sites. Tow vehicles and extra cars need the correct separate parking arrangement.

The Resort runs from Thursday at 9am until Monday at 10am. Vehicle check-in closes at specific times each day, and vehicles face overnight lockdown periods. Groups that want adjacent spaces must arrive together because sites cannot be saved.

All Resort attendees must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Friends cannot carry a casual permission note and act as a legal guardian. Read the current Resort rules for the exact site purchased, then check again before departure because operating details can change.

International wristband delivery and Will Call

Stagecoach sends physical wristbands. Shipping begins in mid to late March after the order is paid in full. The published address-change deadline is March 3, 2027, and the current international shipping cutoff is April 2.

International buyers can choose Will Call during purchase. That can be safer for someone leaving home before a mailed package is likely to arrive, but it creates a separate stop. Will Call is at Indian Wells Tennis Garden, about seven miles from the venue, not at Empire Polo Club.

Only the original purchaser can collect the order, using physical government-issued photo identification and the order confirmation. Stagecoach does not allow an alternative person or a name change for Will Call pickup. A group flying separately should not put the order under someone who may arrive late.

Do not travel straight to the festival without the physical wristband. The organizer says visitors sent to Will Call will be turned away at the venue and must collect at Indian Wells first.

Stagecoach bag, water and sun rules

The published venue limit for a bag, backpack or purse is 18 by 13 by 8.5 inches. The bag must fit the festival's size box. A smaller purse or handbag may be no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches.

Useful allowed items include:

• an empty plastic hydration pack holding no more than 2 litres;
• an empty plastic water bottle holding no more than 64 ounces;
• non-aerosol sunscreen lotion;
• a plastic personal water mister carried empty;
• a low-back lawn chair in the approved style;
• a phone, charger, hat, sunglasses and earplugs.

Metal, glass, aluminum and steel bottles are prohibited. So are aerosol sunscreen, outside food and drink, umbrellas, wagons, large carts, laptops and professional camera equipment. Resort rules differ from venue rules, so a legal camping item is not automatically permitted through the festival gate.

April weather in the Coachella Valley can include heat, dry air, wind and strong sun. Check the actual forecast shortly before travel. Use refill stations, begin the day hydrated, protect medication from heat where its instructions require it, and do not use a phone as the only copy of medical or access information.

How accessibility services work at Stagecoach

There is no separate accessibility admission ticket. Guests who need the festival's accessibility services obtain an Accessibility Wristband at an on-site Accessibility Services location. The current guide says one companion wristband is normally issued per guest, with additional family support considered for young children.

Accessible viewing, parking, camping and cart transport have separate instructions. Cart waits may reach 40 minutes during busy periods, so do not schedule a tight movement between distant stages. Contact the organizer in advance for a reasonable modification rather than assuming a standard service meets a specific need.

Save or screenshot the final accessibility guide and map. The official page currently advises doing this, and it remains useful when data service is slow inside a large crowd.
