Do not queue overnight. The venue does not permit overnight queuing, and a place held by an informal number or wristband is not an official entry system. Standing entry is still subject to the gate and queue shown on your ticket.

Performance timing can be confirmed late. The O2 says exact timings are sometimes available only on the day. Ignore social posts that promise a specific support or Ariana stage time unless the venue or tour confirms it for London.

How to get to The O2

The nearest Underground station is North Greenwich on the Jubilee line. The O2 describes the journey as about 20 minutes from central London and 10 minutes from Stratford, before waiting and interchange time. North Greenwich has lifts and step-free access between street and platforms.

Tube

Use the Jubilee line and follow signs for The O2 at North Greenwich. A central hotel does not need to be beside the venue. Staying near a direct Jubilee stop such as London Bridge, Waterloo, Westminster, Green Park or Canary Wharf reduces late interchanges.

Check TfL's North Greenwich page on the day. Weekend engineering work and short-notice disruption matter more than the normal map.

Boat

Uber Boat by Thames Clippers serves North Greenwich Pier, a short walk from the main entrance. It can be an easier arrival from a riverside stop, but the last sailing and its destination may not fit the end of your show. Check the exact date rather than treating the boat as a guaranteed late route.

Bus and taxi

North Greenwich bus station is beside the Underground station. Save at least one bus route that moves you away from the peninsula if the Jubilee line is disrupted. Black cabs use the taxi rank by the station, while private hire pickup instructions can differ from the drop-off point.

Car

Prebook event parking through The O2 if driving is necessary. The venue warns that up to 2,000 cars can try to leave at once. A short drive on the map can turn into a long exit after the concert, so public transport is usually the more predictable choice.

Do not count on the cable car after the show

The London Cable Car reaches Greenwich Peninsula, but its normal published closing time may be before the concert finishes. The O2 lists extended hours only for named event dates, and the current list does not include the Ariana Grande shows. It can work for arrival if the service is open. Plan the journey home before doors
