Centrum Air is selling nonstop flights between Tashkent and Hyderabad from Monday, September 28, 2026. The new link avoids a connection between Uzbekistan and southern India, but its overnight timings and an October schedule change need careful reading.
The first flight was still due to depart when this guide was checked. Centrum Air's live booking system showed seats for C6 551 on September 28, not evidence that the flight had already operated. Confirm the operating status and the exact time on your ticket before going to the airport.

The opening Hyderabad-Tashkent timetable
Centrum Air's route announcement says the service starts September 28 and operates twice a week. A check of the airline's live booking system found these initial local times:

The half-hour difference between Monday and Thursday is real in the current booking display. Some launch coverage gives 21:30 for both outbound days, so use the airline's result for the specific date rather than copying a single weekly time into your plans.
The airline assigns the Airbus A320 family in the current results. Aircraft can change for operational reasons, so seat maps and aircraft labels should be treated as booking details, not a guarantee.
The timetable changes after October 25
A September 25 schedule filing reported by AeroRoutes extends the route into the northern winter season. It lists two weekly flights after October 25, but moves the operating pattern and times:

That filing also shows a mix of A320neo and A321neo aircraft. It is newer than the launch timetable, but a filing is not the same as a final ticket. Search the desired date on Centrum Air before arranging a hotel, connection or airport transfer.
Hyderabad departures begin the night before
A 03:35 or 04:30 departure belongs to the following calendar day, but the airport trip starts the night before. For Tuesday's C6 552, for example, Monday evening is the practical start of the journey.
Do not treat the flight time as the airport arrival target. Centrum Air's public FAQ confirms that airport check-in is available, but it does not publish one universal counter-opening or closing time for this route. Follow the time on the ticket or booking message and ask the airline if it is missing.
The same date problem applies at the other end. C6 551 reaches Hyderabad after midnight. A hotel needed immediately after arrival will normally require a reservation for the previous night plus confirmed late check-in. Send the hotel the flight number and arrival date so the room is not released as a no-show.
Online check-in only covers departures from Tashkent
Centrum Air's passenger FAQ says online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and is available only for flights leaving Tashkent. That means a traveler starting in Hyderabad should plan to use the airport counter unless the airline gives a newer route-specific instruction.
Online check-in does not remove immigration, security, baggage-drop or document checks. Keep the booking reference, passport, entry permission and onward itinerary available offline. If a confirmation email changes the schedule, treat the updated airline message as the working time and verify it in the booking.
Baggage depends on the fare and travel date
The live launch-date results showed an 8 kg cabin bag measuring no more than 55 by 35 by 25 cm in the fares displayed. They did not show the same checked-bag inclusion for every option. The ticket's baggage line is the deciding source.
There is also a dated policy change. Centrum Air's FAQ says that from October 26, 2026, its Base fare no longer includes a cabin bag. It instead permits one personal item up to 3 kg and 30 by 40 by 20 cm. This falls immediately after the winter schedule change, so a rule seen for a September or early October booking may not apply to a later trip.
Checked baggage, when included or bought separately, is capped at either 23 kg or 32 kg depending on the fare and route, with a maximum total dimension of 158 cm. The airline's additional baggage page says extra pieces can be added during booking, later through My Bookings, or at the airport. Compare the fare and add-on total before paying.
A connection in Tashkent needs a ticket check
The route announcement promotes onward travel through Tashkent, but it does not mean every combination is a protected connection. First check whether all flights appear on one reservation and whether the baggage tag names the final destination.
On separate tickets, allow for possible entry formalities, baggage collection, customs, terminal movement and a fresh check-in. A delay to the first flight may not protect the second booking. Do not build a short self-transfer from the published arrival and departure times alone.
The opening timetable brings C6 552 into Tashkent at 07:45. The winter filing moves that arrival to 08:50. A connection that looks comfortable in October may have less room after the schedule change.
Entry rules are passport specific
A direct flight does not create permission to enter either country. India's official visa portal says foreign nationals generally need a valid passport and visa, eVisa or qualifying exemption. It also distinguishes the eArrival card from a visa. Check the rule for the passport, travel purpose and date rather than assuming an online form replaces entry permission.
Uzbekistan's official visa guidance lists visa-free nationalities and the countries eligible for its electronic visa process.
