Schedules can move after launch, so use the times on the booking screen and ticket for the actual travel date. The airline's own pages currently disagree about the sales period: the route page shows tickets through March 27, 2027, while its Chongqing destination page names an earlier October 2026 end date. What the overnight timing means in Chongqing

FS7869 is scheduled to reach Chongqing at 04:55. Immigration, checked-bag collection and customs will push the landside arrival later, but travelers should not assume the metro is running as soon as they exit.

FlyArystan's Chongqing destination guide identifies Metro Line 10 and taxis as airport options. Check the current first-train time for the arrival date and have a taxi or ride-hailing backup that works without airport Wi-Fi. If a hotel stay starts that day, ask about early bag storage or early check-in instead of assuming the room will be ready after dawn.

The 05:55 departure of FS7870 creates the opposite problem. International passengers should expect to be at the airport well before city rail begins its normal day. Arrange the airport trip the night before and confirm which terminal appears on the booking or check-in record.

FlyArystan says free online check-in is available for Chongqing flights, but its current pages give two different opening windows. The Almaty-Chongqing route page says online check-in opens 72 hours before departure. The airline's check-in and boarding page also contains a China-specific statement saying it opens 10 days before departure.

Do not build the airport plan around either opening time. Use the check-in link in the reservation when it becomes active. The more important deadline is consistent: FlyArystan says international airport check-in closes 60 minutes before departure and boarding closes 30 minutes before departure.

Online check-in does not remove the document check. The airline says international passengers receive the boarding pass at the airport counter after their documents are checked. For the 05:55 Chongqing flight, that means arriving in time for the counter process even if an online check-in step has already been completed.

Bags depend on the fare, and FlyArystan is point to point

FlyArystan's allowance is not one fixed number for every ticket. The included cabin and checked baggage depend on the fare and any extras added to the booking. Read the allowance shown beside the selected fare, then check it again on the confirmation.

The airline's baggage rules say a checked piece can measure no more than 158 cm across length, width and height combined, and an individual bag cannot exceed 32 kg. It also says prepaid baggage for an international flight must be added at least three hours before departure.

This is a point-to-point carrier. If another flight is on a separate ticket, expect to collect the bag, enter the country if required, move between the relevant airport areas and check in again. A short connection that looks possible on a timetable may fail once immigration, baggage and the 60-minute check-in cutoff are included.

China entry rules depend on the passport, not the route

The new nonstop does not change immigration eligibility. China's foreign ministry says the bilateral visa exemption covers eligible holders of ordinary Kazakhstan passports for private travel, business, tourism, medical treatment, international transport or transit.
