Reeperbahn Festival 2026 dates and daily choices

The organizer sells one-day and multi-day tickets. Its current FAQ lists one-day tickets from EUR 59, two-day tickets at EUR 129, three-day tickets at EUR 149 and the regular four-day ticket at EUR 179. Prices and availability can change, so use the official shop rather than relying on a search-result price.

People aged 29 or younger can qualify for discounted festival tickets, subject to availability and an age check at the festival. The organizer says there is no separate child discount, and venue admission for minors remains subject to German youth-protection rules and individual club decisions.

How entry works at Reeperbahn Festival

Your phone ticket is not enough to enter the ordinary festival venues. Exchange it for a wristband at the ticket desk in the Festival Village at Heiligengeistfeld. Bring the ticket and photo ID.

The ticket desk is scheduled to open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM from Wednesday through Saturday. The organizer also publishes waiting-time updates in the festival app. Collecting the wristband in the afternoon removes one avoidable queue from the point when the programme becomes busiest.

Eligible festival and conference tickets can include the opportunity to reserve one concert, subject to availability. The organizer says the reservation is binding and cannot be cancelled, moved or changed. For 2026, individual Elbphilharmonie tickets are also available without a broader festival ticket.

Use the PDF ticket directly at the Elbphilharmonie. You do not exchange it for another physical ticket in the Festival Village. Seating is not assigned on the ticket, doors open one hour before the concert and re-entry is not guaranteed after leaving the hall.

If the Elbphilharmonie performance is your main reason for attending, read the confirmation email and venue ticket rather than assuming the wristband covers every step.

Free Reeperbahn Festival events without a ticket

You can experience part of the festival without buying a wristband. The organizer says the programme at Spielbudenplatz, including Spielbude XL and the NJOY Reeperbus, is free. The Festival Village also has free concerts, exhibitions and activities.

The central luggage room at the Festival Village is scheduled from 9:00 AM until 2:00 AM the following day, Wednesday through Saturday. The current FAQ lists a daily charge of EUR 2 to EUR 3. Venue staff can still apply the venue's own house rules, so a bag accepted at one door is not a promise of admission at the next.

Bring the phone, payment card, photo ID, a compact power bank and a light rain layer that fits inside the permitted bag. Save the ticket and accommodation address offline. Leave a laptop or travel suitcase at the hotel or central luggage room before joining a venue queue.

Hamburg also restricts glass beverage containers in parts of the Reeperbahn area at specified night-time periods. A drink bought elsewhere can become a problem before you even reach security. Getting to St. Pauli by public transport

The nearest main stops are U St. Pauli on the U3 and S Reeperbahn on the S-Bahn. The important ticket detail is that a Reeperbahn Festival ticket is not valid for HVV public transport. You need a separate HVV ticket or another valid fare product.
