World2Fly began nonstop flights between Madrid and Rosario on October 1, 2026. The new service runs twice a week and gives Rosario its first direct passenger link with Europe.

The route is operating, but two flights a week leave little room for recovery if a plan changes. Check the exact date and local departure time before booking a separate connection, hotel or long-distance transfer.

The practical answer: World2Fly operates 2W2075 from Madrid to Rosario and 2W2076 from Rosario to Madrid on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Times differ by day, and the Rosario departure reaches Madrid the next calendar day. World2Fly uses Madrid Terminal 4 and currently plans an Airbus A350-900 with 432 seats.

This guide was checked on October 2, 2026, after the inaugural Madrid to Rosario flight had landed.

The route is now operating

World2Fly parent company World2Meet confirmed the October 1 launch. It describes the service as the airline's first operation in Argentina and the first nonstop passenger connection between Rosario and Europe.

The twice-weekly schedule uses an Airbus A350-900 with 432 seats. World2Fly also says Madrid can work as a connection point for other European destinations, but that does not mean every onward flight is protected. Protection depends on whether the complete journey is issued as one ticket.

The first operation matters because the route is no longer only an announced plan. Even so, a new route can still face time or aircraft changes. Use the airline itinerary and airport screens for the travel date.

Madrid-Rosario timetable

Rosario Airport publishes different times for Tuesday and Thursday. All times below are local. The airport's route notice should be treated as a planning guide, then checked against the booked itinerary.

FlightDayDepartureArrival
2W2075 Madrid to RosarioTuesday13:3021:10 the same day
2W2075 Madrid to RosarioThursday10:2518:00 the same day
2W2076 Rosario to MadridTuesday23:1015:45 on Wednesday
2W2076 Rosario to MadridThursday20:0012:35 on Friday

Spain changes clocks seasonally while Argentina does not. That can alter the displayed local departure time or elapsed duration later in the schedule. Search the exact date rather than copying the October timetable into a future trip.

World2Fly uses Terminal 4 in Madrid

Aena lists World2Fly at Madrid Terminal 4. The current check-in location is on the second-floor departures level, normally at desks 750 to 760, but Aena warns that desk numbers may change.

World2Fly's own guidance places check-in in T4 and boarding in the T4S satellite building. Reaching T4S takes additional time after security and passport control. Follow the boarding pass and airport screens instead of going directly to a gate used on an earlier flight.

In Rosario, the airport is about 13 km west of the city center. Its ground transport page lists public bus, taxi, remis and pre-arranged transfers. Official black-and-yellow taxis wait in front of the terminal and display municipal licence plates.

Check the fare before pricing luggage

Every current World2Fly fare includes one cabin bag of up to 10 kg. The airline's FAQ limits it to 55 by 40 by 23 cm and permits one small handbag, computer or tablet accessory up to 35 by 20 by 20 cm.

Checked baggage is fare-specific. World2Fly's fare table shows no checked bag in Basic, while higher fares include one 23 kg bag. A standard checked bag cannot exceed 158 cm when height, width and length are added. The airline permits payment for weight up to 27 kg at the airport, subject to space.

This is a reason to compare the final trip price, not only the headline fare. Open the baggage line in Manage My Booking after purchase, especially when a travel agency or package seller issued the ticket.

Check-in opens 48 hours before departure

World2Fly offers online check-in from 48 hours until 4 hours before departure for eligible flights. Its FAQ excludes connected itineraries and several passenger types, including unaccompanied minors, people travelling with pets or guide dogs, and passengers who requested special assistance. Some destinations can still require airport check-in.

Airport counters open four hours before departure and close one hour before the scheduled time. World2Fly says boarding begins 50 minutes before departure and the gate closes 10 minutes before departure. These are cutoffs, not recommended arrival times. T4S travel, document checks and checked baggage need a larger buffer.

All current intercontinental fares include meal service and onboard entertainment. For this longer route, World2Fly says it is adding a third complimentary food service. Special meals should be requested at least two days before departure, and availability can depend on the request and itinerary.

Entry documents still depend on the traveler

A nonstop flight does not remove border requirements. Argentina's migration authority says most foreign tourists need a valid passport, while citizens of specified South American countries may use an eligible current identity document. Visa requirements depend on nationality.

Use Argentina's official tourist document page and visa guidance for the passport being used. Travelers going to Spain or connecting elsewhere in Europe should separately check the rules for their nationality, destination and transit points.

A flight departing Madrid is covered by EU air passenger-rights rules. The outcome after a delay or cancellation depends on the cause, notice, delay length and ticket structure. The European Union's current passenger-rights guide explains reimbursement, rerouting, care and possible compensation. Keep receipts and the airline's written notice if disruption occurs.

Plan separate connections conservatively

World2Fly says the route can connect Rosario travelers with other European destinations through Madrid. Confirm whether the onward sector appears on the same ticket and whether baggage is tagged to the final airport.

With separate tickets, the next airline is not normally responsible for a late World2Fly arrival. A traveler may need to pass border control, collect baggage, move between T4S and T4, check in again and clear security. The reverse journey has the same risk if a European feeder flight is late before 2W2075.

Two weekly departures also mean the next nonstop World2Fly service may be several days away. A self-transfer needs a buffer that reflects the cost of a missed long-haul flight, not only the shortest possible walking time.

Mobile data for Madrid, Rosario or a regional trip

For arrival in Rosario and travel within the country, compare the live Argentina OpenSim eSIM. A trip based in Madrid or elsewhere in Spain can use the Spain OpenSim eSIM. Travelers continuing through Argentina and neighboring countries may prefer a South America OpenSim eSIM, whose current coverage list includes Argentina.

OpenSim's public catalog was checked on October 2. Confirm the selected plan's allowance, validity, hotspot support, speed policy and top-up eligibility before paying. Not every plan is reloadable, and daily plans may continue at reduced speed after the high-speed allowance is used.

Install the eSIM on reliable Wi-Fi before departure, then follow the chosen package's activation rule. Save the itinerary, accommodation address, entry documents and transfer details offline. Mobile data is useful after landing for airline alerts, maps and transport; it does not work as inflight Wi-Fi or protect a separate ticket.

Ten questions about World2Fly Madrid-Rosario flights

Is the Madrid-Rosario route operating now?

Yes. World2Fly operated the first Madrid to Rosario service on October 1, 2026. Check the individual flight before travel because operating status can still change.

Which days does World2Fly fly to Rosario?

The published pattern is Tuesday and Thursday in both directions. It is not a daily service, so search nearby dates if the nonstop does not appear.

What are 2W2075 and 2W2076?

2W2075 is the Madrid to Rosario flight and 2W2076 is the Rosario to Madrid flight. Tuesday and Thursday have different local departure times.

Does the Rosario-Madrid flight arrive the next day?

Yes. Tuesday's 23:10 departure is scheduled to arrive at 15:45 on Wednesday. Thursday's 20:00 departure is scheduled to arrive at 12:35 on Friday.

Which Madrid terminal does World2Fly use?

World2Fly checks in at Terminal 4, with long-haul boarding normally in the T4S satellite building. Confirm the terminal and gate on the boarding pass and Aena screens.

Does a World2Fly Basic fare include checked baggage?

The current fare table says Basic includes a 10 kg cabin bag but not a checked bag. Higher fares include one 23 kg checked bag. The issued ticket remains the final allowance.

Can I check in online for the Rosario flight?

Eligible World2Fly passengers can normally check in from 48 hours until 4 hours before departure. Connected journeys and several special-service cases require airport check-in, and a destination can have an additional exception.

Are meals included on this long flight?

Yes. World2Fly includes meal service on intercontinental fares and has announced a third complimentary food service for Madrid-Rosario because of the route length.

Is a separate connection at Madrid protected?

Usually not. Protection and through-checked baggage depend on the ticket. Leave enough time for passport control, baggage reclaim, terminal movement, a new check-in and security when the bookings are separate.

How do I get from Rosario Airport to the city?

The airport is about 13 km west of central Rosario. Official options include the 115 airport bus, licensed taxi, remis and pre-arranged transfers. Recheck the airport page for the current operating hours and payment method.

Before booking

  • Search the exact date because Tuesday and Thursday times differ.
  • Confirm 2W2075 or 2W2076 and the local calendar date.
  • Price any checked bag before choosing Basic.
  • Allow time to reach T4S after Madrid check-in.
  • Check entry and transit documents for each traveler.
  • Keep feeder flights on one ticket when practical.
  • Read the baggage tag before leaving the counter.
  • Save the itinerary and accommodation details offline.
  • Recheck Rosario ground transport for the arrival time.
  • Keep receipts and airline messages if the flight is disrupted.

How we verified the route

World2Meet's October 1 release supports the operating launch, frequency, aircraft and first nonstop Rosario-Europe status. Rosario Airport provides the day-specific timetable and ground transport information. World2Fly's fare, baggage, check-in and onboard pages support the passenger rules, while Aena confirms the Madrid terminal.

Public traveler discussions were used to choose the questions about baggage, seats, online check-in, airport timing and separate connections. They were not used as authority for airline policy, border requirements or passenger rights.

We will update this guide if World2Fly changes the timetable, frequency, aircraft, baggage rules, check-in process or terminal, or if the route stops operating.
