Cebu Pacific HKD10 sale: Hong Kong routes and fees

Cebu Pacific is offering selected flights from Hong Kong to five Philippine destinations from an HKD10 one-way base fare. Hong Kong bookings close on October 14, 2026, and eligible travel runs from February 1 through June 30, 2027.

HKD10 is not the final ticket price. The airline says fees and surcharges are excluded, while bags, seats and other optional extras depend on the fare selected. Search the dates you can actually use, then compare the complete return total before paying.

The practical answer: Book by October 14 if an available HKD10 base fare works for the full trip. Check the final amount after surcharges, taxes and any bags or seats. The promotional destinations are Manila, Clark, Cebu, Iloilo and Davao, but the airline does not promise the lowest fare on every date.

This guide was checked on October 10, 2026, while the Hong Kong promotion was active.

Five Philippine destinations are named in the Hong Kong offer

Cebu Pacific's Hong Kong sale announcement names five destinations. It describes them as flights from Hong Kong to the Philippines, not as a promise that every itinerary is nonstop on every date.

Promotional destinationUseful airport checkWhat to confirm before payment
ManilaMNLAirport, local arrival time and onward connection
ClarkCRKClark rather than Manila, plus the ground transfer needed
CebuCEBOperating flight and any separate island connection
IloiloILOComplete itinerary and any connection shown
DavaoDVOComplete itinerary and arrival date

Keep the airport code visible when comparing results. Clark and Manila are different airports, and a low fare to one is not a substitute for the other if the ground journey does not fit.

The promotion covers selected travel from February 1 to June 30, 2027. The sale page may show a higher fare when HKD10 inventory is unavailable, even though the wider promotion is still open.

HKD10 is a base fare, not a complete ticket

The airline explicitly excludes fees and surcharges from the HKD10 figure. The amount due can also change with the chosen fare bundle, checked baggage, seat, meal, insurance and other optional items.

Use a simple comparison:

  1. Search the outbound and return dates separately.
  2. Confirm the airport and operating flight for each segment.
  3. Select only the extras the traveler needs.
  4. Compare the final amount for the whole party against nearby dates and other airlines.
  5. Read the change and cancellation conditions before payment.

Do not multiply HKD10 by two and call that the return price. The lowest inventory may be available in one direction but not the other, and mandatory charges still apply.

The airline's separate Philippine-market 10.10 promotion has been reported with an October 11 deadline. That does not replace the October 14 deadline in the Hong Kong release. Use the market and currency shown in the booking flow, and follow the terms attached to that fare.

Baggage depends on the bundle and operating carrier

Cebu Pacific's current fare bundle guide says GO Basic includes no checked bag. GO Easy and GO Flexi currently include one 20 kg checked piece. A checked bag can also be purchased, subject to the rules and price shown for the booking.

The sale does not create a special baggage allowance. Our current Cebu Pacific hand-carry guide explains the operator distinction introduced in September: 5J-operated flights use the new allowance, while Cebgo flights retain a different limit. Confirm the operating carrier on every segment instead of relying only on the marketing airline name.

The airline's baggage guide currently allows eligible baggage additions through Manage Booking up to two hours before departure. Airport prices can be higher, so include the needed bag while comparing the real trip cost.

Changes can cost more than the original sale fare

Cebu Pacific says voluntary rebooking is available up to two hours before departure, but fare differences and change fees can apply. A new flight must be on the same route, and the destination or flight sequence cannot be changed through ordinary rebooking.

Voluntary cancellation is more limited. The airline says it requires an eligible GO Flexi bundle or CEB Flexi add-on for the published Travel Fund option. Without that protection, an unused or no-show flight can be forfeited under the current rules.

This makes a very low base fare most useful when the dates and route are already workable. Saving on the initial fare does not remove the risk of a later fare difference.

If the airline cancels or changes a flight, use the options in the disruption notice rather than treating it as a voluntary change. Save the booking confirmation, payment record and any schedule-change message.

Connections need enough recovery time

Some Philippine trips continue by another flight, ferry or long road transfer. Confirm whether the booking is one itinerary and whether checked baggage is tagged to the final airport. A separate ticket can leave the traveler responsible for a missed onward service.

Avoid a narrow self-connection after arrival. Immigration, baggage collection, terminal movement and weather can all consume the buffer. A cheap first flight is poor value if it creates an unprotected onward booking that must be replaced.

The same caution applies to the return trip. Arrive back at the international departure airport with enough time for the airline's current check-in and bag-drop deadlines.

Ground data in Hong Kong and the Philippines

An OpenSim Hong Kong eSIM can cover local data before departure, while an OpenSim Philippines eSIM is the direct country option after arrival. Both destination catalogs were live when this guide was checked.

Choose from the package card that matches the trip length and expected use. Check the listed networks, allowance, validity, activation rule and top-up status before purchase. Not every package is reloadable. An eSIM supplies data on supported ground networks; it does not provide inflight Wi-Fi, extend an airline deadline or protect a missed connection.

Install while reliable Wi-Fi is available, but follow the activation instruction for the selected plan. The phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Our guides explain when to install an eSIM and how to check eSIM compatibility.

Ten questions about the Cebu Pacific HKD10 sale

Is HKD10 the final Cebu Pacific ticket price?

No. It is the one-way base fare. Cebu Pacific says fees and surcharges are excluded, and optional bags, seats and other extras can increase the amount due.

When does the Hong Kong sale end?

The airline's Hong Kong announcement gives October 14, 2026, as the booking deadline. The lowest promotional inventory can disappear for a date before the wider sale closes.

What dates can I travel on the promotion?

The published travel window is February 1 through June 30, 2027. HKD10 inventory is limited to selected flights inside that period.

Which Philippine destinations are in the sale?

The Hong Kong offer names Manila, Clark, Cebu, Iloilo and Davao. Confirm the airport and full itinerary shown for the exact date before booking.

Why can I not find an HKD10 fare?

The lowest seats may be unavailable on the chosen flight or for the number of passengers entered. Try a nearby date and compare one-way combinations, but do not split a group unless separate bookings are acceptable.

Does the HKD10 fare include a checked bag?

Do not assume it does. GO Basic currently includes no checked baggage, while the published GO Easy and GO Flexi bundles include one 20 kg checked piece. The bundle shown at checkout controls.

What can I take as hand carry?

The allowance depends on the operating carrier and current ticket rules. Check each segment. Cebu Pacific's current 5J and Cebgo limits are not identical, and the promotion does not change them.

Can I change a promotional booking later?

The airline currently allows voluntary rebooking up to two hours before departure, subject to fare differences and possible change fees. Ordinary rebooking cannot change the destination or flight sequence.

Can I cancel if my plans change?

Only eligible GO Flexi or CEB Flexi bookings have the airline's published voluntary cancellation option. Without it, a no-show or unused flight can be forfeited. Read the issued fare rules before paying.

What should I do if Cebu Pacific changes the flight?

Open the airline's disruption notice or Manage Booking and use the options offered for that change. Do not pay for a voluntary rebooking before checking whether the airline has provided a separate recovery choice.

Final checks for this Hong Kong fare

  • Confirm the sale market, currency and October 14 deadline.
  • Match both travel dates to the February through June window.
  • Check the destination airport and every operating carrier.
  • Compare the complete return price after fees and extras.
  • Add required checked baggage to the calculation.
  • Read the change, cancellation and no-show terms.
  • Leave time around any separate flight, ferry or road transfer.
  • Check passport, visa and entry rules for the traveler's nationality.
  • Save the confirmation and fare conditions.
  • Recheck the schedule before traveling to Hong Kong International Airport.

What happens after October 14

The HKD10 base fare, Hong Kong booking deadline, five named destinations and travel window come from Cebu Pacific's October 8 announcement. The airline's current help pages support the baggage and flexibility guidance.

After the deadline, this page will remain the owner of the October 2026 Hong Kong sale. We will update it if Cebu Pacific extends the offer, changes the eligible travel period or publishes materially different baggage or booking conditions. Use the live airline booking result as the final source for fare availability.
