Clockenflap 2026: day tickets, weekend passes and Hong Kong travel

Clockenflap takes place December 4 to 6, 2026, at Hong Kong's Central Harbourfront Event Space. Tickets are on sale through Ticketflap. Choose a day or weekend around the confirmed artists you want to see, then check the ticket name and your journey home.
The first-wave announcement names keshi for Friday, Hayley Williams for Saturday and Slowdive for Sunday. Those are three different dates, not acts you can catch with one Saturday ticket.
There is enough confirmed music to start planning, but an initial lineup is not a finished running order. Before buying flights around a particular performance, check the latest organizer announcement rather than a leaked poster or last year's timetable.
One day or the full Clockenflap weekend?
The official ticket information lists these standard prices, checked October 15:
| Ticket | General admission | Under 18 |
|---|---|---|
| One selected day | HKD1,380 | HKD980 |
| Three-day weekend | HKD2,180 | HKD1,680 |
From those listed adult prices, two days total HKD2,760: the weekend saves HKD580. Against one day, it costs HKD800 more, before checkout charges or eligible offers.
That makes the decision fairly simple. If you want two confirmed days and can attend both, compare the weekend first. If only one day's music interests you, a cheaper-looking daily average is not a reason to buy the extra days.
For a visitor flying in, include accommodation and time off in the comparison. Saving on a ticket can be outweighed by another hotel night. Equally, a short Saturday-only trip gives you less flexibility if an artist's plans change.
Which confirmed artists help you choose a day?
Friday's keshi appearance is a starting point for listeners drawn to alternative R&B. Hayley Williams headlines Saturday as a solo artist; do not book on the assumption that this is a Paramore concert. Sunday's Slowdive appearance gives shoegaze listeners a clear date to consider.
The announced bill also includes Queens of the Stone Age, HYUKOH, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Kim Gordon, DOMi & JD BECK and Digable Planets. Check the current day allocation before using any of these names to choose a single-day ticket.
Make a short list of acts you would be disappointed to miss, then a second list you would like to discover. Once stage times are published, allow for clashes and the walk between stages. A festival ticket does not promise that every favourite will fit neatly into one afternoon.
The event terms say tickets are for the festival rather than a particular artist, and the programme can change. Read that condition before making non-refundable travel arrangements solely for one name.
The current Amex saving is not for every overseas visitor
The American Express offer terms distinguish two periods. The earlier 15% priority-booking offer ended October 10. The current offer is 12% off standard ticket prices until November 10 at 14:59 Hong Kong time, subject to availability.
It requires full payment through the designated platform using an eligible card issued in Hong Kong by American Express International. Cards issued outside Hong Kong are excluded, along with other specified card types. Seeing an Amex logo on a card is not enough to establish eligibility.
Check the final basket and the issuer's full terms before paying. Do not apply for a card or change a travel budget on the assumption that a headline discount will work for you. A standard-price ticket that fits the right day can still be the more sensible purchase.
Ticketflap, ticket downloads and matching photo ID
Ticketflap is the festival's only authorized ticket platform. The organizer says tickets become downloadable two days before the festival; until then, check the purchase in your account's My Tickets section.
Entry requires photo ID matching the ticket record. A transferred ticket should appear in your own Ticketflap account with your name. Editing a PDF does not change the organizer's record. The three-day pass belongs to one attendee and cannot be split among different people on different days.
Before travelling, check the spelling against the ID you will carry. Resolve a transfer in advance rather than relying on a seller's screenshot or a promise to meet outside. Keep access to your account email, and download the issued ticket when available so a weak connection does not become your only way to retrieve it.
For friends arriving separately, each person should know whose account holds their ticket and whether the transfer has finished. Do that check while everyone has time to fix a mistake, not while standing in an entry queue.
Bags, children and re-entry checks
The published terms require bag searches and prohibit outside food and liquids, chairs, drones, selfie sticks and professional camera equipment, among other items. Review the full list before packing; ask the organizer about any necessary medical or child-care exception rather than assuming it exists.
A wristband is required for re-entry and cannot be passed to another person. Keep it intact if you leave the grounds. Do not assume an unrestricted exit and return will be practical around a performance you want to see.
Under-16s need a guardian over 18. Under-threes enter free, with a maximum of two per general-admission ticket holder under the organizer's stated arrangement. Families should check the age category carefully rather than treating every child as free.
Plan food and drink spending separately from admission. Current vendor menus and payment arrangements should come from the festival's final visitor information, not a previous attendee's recollection. For a wider family trip, the Hong Kong with kids guide covers choices beyond the festival grounds.
Getting to Central Harbourfront without choosing the wrong entrance
The venue is at 9 Lung Wo Road. Its official location guidance lists roughly ten-minute approaches from Central Station exit A, Hong Kong Station exit A2, or Admiralty towards Tamar Park. Those are venue approaches, not a promise about the festival's final entry gate.
Check Clockenflap's gate map when released. The venue operator notes that different events use entrances nearer the ferry piers or nearer Tamar Park. A station exit that works well for one layout can leave you walking around the perimeter of another.
The site has no parking. The operator describes the venue as wheelchair accessible but asks visitors to confirm event access gates. Contact the festival about the actual approach, viewing arrangements and facilities you need; general venue access does not settle every temporary festival arrangement.
If your accommodation is across the harbour, compare the complete MTR or ferry journey, including the walk and last service. A scenic arrival by ferry does not establish that the same service will still be convenient after the final act.
Airport arrival, the return journey and useful apps
MTR's Airport Express guidance gives a journey of about 24 minutes between the airport and Hong Kong Station. Allow additional time for immigration, baggage, finding the train and reaching your accommodation. The airport journey time is not a landing-to-festival estimate.
Use MTR Mobile's Trip Planner for routes, fares and first or last train information. Enter the station near your accommodation before choosing how late to stay. Do not borrow special late trains from an unrelated harbourfront concert or another year's festival.
MyObservatory, from the Hong Kong Observatory, provides official weather information and warnings. Read the festival's own announcements for event decisions: a weather forecast and a cancellation notice answer different questions.
Save the gate map, your booking and the return route offline. If you are going alone, choose a fixed meeting place before joining anyone you meet; a stage-front location is hard to find once the crowd moves. Leave enough battery for the trip back rather than using the last charge filming a set.
Mobile data for a Hong Kong festival trip
OpenSim's Hong Kong plans give visitors a separate allowance for ticket-account checks, transport updates and messaging. The live catalog on October 15 listed Hong Kong 5GB for 30 days at USD5.40, with top-up support for that listed plan.
For a Hong Kong-only visit, a fixed allowance can help you budget separately from an unpriced home-network roaming charge. If your usual plan already includes enough Hong Kong data, you may not need another plan. No eSIM guarantees a fast connection inside a festival crowd.
Estimate the whole trip with our travel data calculator, and check when to install before travel. If you will cross into mainland China or Macau, verify those destinations separately; Hong Kong coverage alone does not establish coverage across the border.

Programme, ticket and travel details were checked October 15, 2026, against the linked organizer, card issuer, venue operator, MTR and Hong Kong Observatory pages. Recheck before purchase and before travel. This guide will be updated for material 2026 lineup, ticket, gate, entry or transport changes, especially when the final running order and visitor map appear.
