Eagles Sphere Las Vegas guide: dates, seats and travel

The Eagles have extended their Sphere residency into January 2027. Four new shows are scheduled for January 15, 16, 22 and 23. Artist presale registration is open now, the presale starts at 10am Pacific Time on August 12, and the general sale starts at 10am Pacific Time on August 14. The official announcement says tickets for the new dates start at $175 with taxes and fees included.

The difficult decision is the seat, not the route to the building. Sphere's screen wraps above the audience, so a seat close to the band can reveal less of the overhead production than a higher seat. Ticket listings may disclose a limited or obstructed screen view. Read that label before paying and do not assume that a more expensive or lower seat gives the most complete Sphere experience.

This guide was checked on August 8, 2026 against the Eagles announcement, Sphere policies, airport and transit sources, current search results and recurring fan questions. The Eagles news page was already listing the January dates while parts of Sphere's public event calendar were still catching up. Use the ticket in your account and a current event message as the final instruction on show day.

All remaining Eagles Sphere dates

The band lists 14 remaining shows across seven weekends. The January dates follow the December run and are in 2027, although the announcement's date list does not repeat the year beside every line.

Choose a show that sits inside the trip rather than on the arrival night. A delayed flight, a long immigration queue or misplaced baggage should not decide whether you make an expensive concert. International visitors should arrive at least one full day before the show when the Eagles are the main reason for the trip.

Thanksgiving weekend needs extra care. November 27 and 28 follow the United States holiday, so flights, rooms and road traffic may behave differently from an ordinary November weekend. Compare the whole trip before choosing a date, not only the concert ticket.

How the August ticket sale works

The Eagles announcement gives three useful sale stages for the new January dates:

1. Register for the artist presale through the Eagles website.
2. Join the artist presale on August 12 at 10am PT if access is confirmed.
3. Check additional presales beginning August 13 at 10am PT.
4. Use the official general sale on August 14 at 10am PT.

The advertised $175 starting amount does not mean every section will cost $175. The same official release mentions limited VIP packages, and Ticketmaster may show standard, package, premium or resale inventory. Read the label attached to each seat and compare the final total before payment.

Current fan discussions focus heavily on whether waiting produces cheaper resale tickets. There is no dependable answer. Inventory, transfer controls and demand can change for each weekend. Avoid building a flight and hotel booking around a predicted last-minute price drop.

Use this purchase check:

• Open Ticketmaster through the Eagles or Sphere website rather than a message from a stranger.
• Match the year, date, venue, section, row and seat.
• Read any limited-view or obstructed-view disclosure before checkout.
• Check whether the listing is standard, premium, a package or verified resale.
• Confirm when the ticket becomes available and whether transfer is enabled.
• Keep the order in the account that will be used on the phone at entry.

Sphere says ticket sales are final and its general policy does not promise refunds or exchanges. Flexible flights and a cancellable room protect more of the trip than assuming the concert order can be returned.

Choosing a seat without losing the Sphere screen

There is no single best seat for every visitor. Decide whether the band or the full screen matters more, then compare the exact seat disclosure.

Independent seating guides and many fan reports favor centered 200 and 300 level seats for the balance between stage and screen. They also repeatedly warn about the overhang above deeper rows in the 100 level. That is useful research, but it is not a substitute for the disclosure attached to the ticket.

Sphere does not publish a complete row-by-row obstruction table in its general public FAQ. Ticket configurations can also change by production. Before paying:

1. Expand every seat note in the ticket map.
2. Look for "limited view," "obstructed view" or similar wording.
3. Compare the view with recent photographs from the same section and row.
4. Decide whether missing part of the upper screen is acceptable for a closer stage view.
5. Contact the official seller before checkout when the label and map appear to conflict.

Do not describe an undisclosed seat as guaranteed unobstructed because a stranger liked the same section at a different show. Row and production details matter.

What about the 400 level and steep seating?

The upper sections provide more height for the screen but can feel steep to people with vertigo or mobility concerns. Do not treat this as a test to endure. Compare lower or accessible seating and contact Sphere Accessibility Services before buying when stairs, height, seat width or a mobility device may affect the visit.

Sphere says accessible seating can be purchased through Ticketmaster or arranged through its Accessibility Services team. The venue also lists elevators, wheelchair transport to a seat, sensory rooms on levels 2 and 6, non-haptic options and assistive listening devices. Some accommodations need advance notice.

Mobile tickets: save them before leaving the hotel

Sphere uses mobile tickets. Add the ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet while the hotel connection is stable. The venue says one phone can display more than one ticket, but transferring separate tickets is more practical when members of the party may arrive at different times.

Before the show:

1. Sign in to the account that holds the order.
2. Open the correct date and verify every ticket.
3. Add each pass to the phone wallet.
4. Charge the phone and bring an approved compact power bank if needed.
5. Save the hotel address, entrance route and return plan offline.

Sphere offers free WiFi onsite and charging stations near escalators on levels 2, 4 and 6. Those are useful backups. They should not be the first time you attempt to retrieve the ticket.

Doors, arrival and the end of the show

Sphere's Eagles event information says doors open 90 minutes before show time. The new January date pages were not fully reflected across every public Sphere surface when this guide was checked, so confirm the time shown in your own ticket and pre-event email.

For an assigned seat, aim to reach the property around the doors time. That leaves room for the pedestrian route, security screening and a wrong turn inside a large resort complex. A ticket package with a named entry may have different instructions.

Do not book an airport departure around an unofficial show length. Sphere says all exits are final, and the post-show rideshare area will be handling many people at once. Leave time to return to the hotel, collect luggage and reach the correct airport terminal.

Sphere bag, camera and payment rules

Sphere is a no-bag venue. Large bags and backpacks are not permitted. The published exceptions are diaper bags, bags required for medical items, and small clutches, purses or fanny packs no larger than approximately 6 by 6 by 2 inches. Every bag can be inspected.

There is no bag, coat or personal-item check inside Sphere. Leave luggage, shopping and larger day bags at the hotel. A fan report about a slightly larger bag being admitted is not a policy and may not match the screening decision at your entrance.

Other current venue rules include:

• Laptops and tablets are not permitted.
• Professional cameras, video cameras, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks and audio recorders are not permitted.
• The Eagles event page asks guests to turn off phone flash for photographs and video.
• Outside food and drink are prohibited except for approved medical needs.
• Clear, soft plastic empty water bottles are allowed and can be refilled inside.
• Sphere accepts cards and mobile payment rather than cash.
• Leaving the building ends the visit because re-entry is not allowed.

Check the Sphere FAQ again during the week of the show. Venue and event rules can change.

How to get to Sphere

Sphere is at 255 Sands Avenue, behind The Venetian and Palazzo side of the Strip. Standard-admission guests can approach through the Venetian pedestrian bridge or follow the marked route to the Plaza Entry on the east side. Accessible entry is available from Sands Avenue at the east or west entrances and through the Venetian bridge.

Walking from the Strip

Walking is simplest from The Venetian, Palazzo, Harrah's and nearby central Strip properties, but the path through resorts is longer than it appears on a map. Follow official Sphere signs rather than aiming for the visible exterior.

Las Vegas heat still matters in September. Save the pedestrian route before leaving air conditioning, carry an empty permitted bottle, and avoid an unnecessary outdoor loop around the building.

Monorail and bus

The Las Vegas Monorail does not stop at the airport. On the Strip, Harrah's/The LINQ is the most useful listed station for many Sphere visitors, followed by a walk through the resort area. The operator says trains arrive about every four to eight minutes depending on service levels, but visitors should check current hours and disruptions for their date.

RTC's Deuce bus serves the Strip, including the Venetian area. Event traffic and Formula 1 changes can alter routing, so use the rideRTC or Transit app rather than a saved timetable from an old trip.

Rideshare, taxi and parking

Sphere places rideshare pickup and drop-off at Manhattan Street and Westchester Drive. Save that pin before the show. After the final song, walk to the official zone and verify the vehicle and number plate before entering.

Onsite parking and nearby garages are available, but the venue warns drivers to allow more time for street closures. Overnight parking is not permitted at Sphere. Driving may suit a mobility or wider-road-trip need; it is rarely the simplest option for a visitor staying on the Strip.

From Harry Reid International Airport

The airport has separate pickup points by terminal. At Terminal 1, rideshare pickup is on level 2 of the parking garage. At Terminal 3, it is on the valet level of the garage. Taxis wait outside baggage claim in both terminals.

Public buses also serve both terminals. The airport currently lists Routes 108, 109 and Centennial Express at Terminal 1, with Centennial Express also serving Terminal 3. The airport monorail question has a simple answer: the Las Vegas Monorail does not serve LAS.

Use the hotel as the first destination after an international flight. Do not travel from the airport to Sphere with luggage because the venue will not store it.

Where to stay for an Eagles Sphere trip

Choose the area by the walk after the show and the rest of the Las Vegas itinerary. A hotel package is convenient for some travelers, but it is not the only sensible base.

Read the resort fee, cancellation terms and final tax-inclusive total. A lower room rate far from Sphere can lose its advantage after two late car journeys.

Apps and offline backups for Sphere

Install only what the trip needs:

• Ticketmaster for the order, transfer status and mobile ticket.
• Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for offline entry.
• Sphere or a browser bookmark for current venue rules.
• Google Maps or Apple Maps with the hotel and rideshare point saved.
• rideRTC or Transit for public buses.
• Las Vegas Monorail information for Strip rail hours and stations.
• An airline app for terminal and gate changes.
• A weather app for September heat or winter evenings.
• Uber or Lyft only when rideshare is part of the route.

Save the ticket, hotel address, Sphere entry, rideshare point and one return alternative. A screenshot is suitable for a route or booking reference. It does not replace a dynamic mobile ticket.

Staying connected in Las Vegas

A data connection is useful before and after the concert for Ticketmaster account access, airport pickup, live transit, hotel messages and rideshare. It does not make an online ticket immune to a dead battery or a busy network, which is why the wallet pass and saved route still matter.

The public Roaming eSIM catalog returned 37 United States plans when checked on August 8, 2026. The listed options ranged from short, small allowances to 30-day and daily packages. A current 5GB, 30-day listing named AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon as partner networks and supported an eligible top-up. Exact availability, network selection and performance still depend on the package, phone and location.

For a Las Vegas-only trip, compare the United States product first. A North America or global plan may fit better when the same itinerary includes Canada, Mexico or another country. Use the travel data calculator rather than buying for imagined usage.

Install the Roaming eSIM while a reliable connection and support access are available, but read the package start rule first. Sphere's free WiFi is an onsite backup. A Roaming eSIM supports the rest of the trip, including the airport, hotel route and post-show pickup, without depending on one venue network.

A practical two-night plan

Arrival day

Land, collect luggage and go to the hotel. Sign in to Ticketmaster, add the ticket to the phone wallet, check the bag and save the route to Sphere. Do not make the concert the first fixed appointment after an international flight.

Show day

Keep the daytime schedule light. Eat before the security queue, leave the large bag at the hotel and reach the property around doors. Follow the entrance on the ticket or current event message.

Departure day

Allow a slower morning. Check the airline terminal before leaving and use the airport's official pickup instructions. A very early flight after the concert saves a hotel night but leaves little margin for post-show traffic, sleep or a delayed finish.

What to verify again before your date

This residency has already been extended several times, and the newest dates appeared on the Eagles site before every Sphere page had caught up. Recheck these items during the final 48 hours:

• The date, year, show time and doors time in the ticket account.
• The ticket wallet pass and transfer status.
• Any limited-view or obstructed-view disclosure.
• The entrance named by the event.
• Sphere's current bag and camera rules.
• The walking, Monorail, bus or rideshare route.
• The weather and any road closure affecting Sands Avenue.
• The return plan after the show.

The best preparation is plain: buy the seat for the experience you want, store the ticket offline, leave the large bag behind and know how you are getting back before entering Sphere.
