A screenshot of a moving barcode will not work. Ticketmaster recommends adding the ticket to the phone wallet because the saved pass can be opened without relying on the connection at the gate. If the order came from another official seller, use that seller's delivery instructions and support route.

Wembley names Ticketmaster and Wembley as official ticket routes. Use the transfer or resale action shown in the original account when it is available. A social-media message, payment request or barcode image does not prove that a valid ticket will reach your account.

When should standing and seated ticket holders arrive?

Wembley has not published final entry times or queue instructions for these shows. That makes an exact universal arrival time unreliable.

A seated ticket holder does not gain a better assigned seat by joining a barricade queue. Leave enough time for the route, security and the walk to the correct entrance. A general-admission standing ticket creates a different choice: arriving earlier may improve position, but it also means more hours outside without a guaranteed result.

Use the gate and entry time in the official ticket instructions. Do not copy a queue plan from another stadium because local entrances, wristbands and security procedures can differ. Eat before joining a long queue, carry only permitted items and agree on a meeting point outside the stadium.

One temporary route change matters for these dates. Wembley says the ground-level lift between Wembley Park station and Olympic Way is out of service until September 2026. A step-free route remains available via Bridge Road, and the venue publishes assistance information for event days. Allow more time and check the current turnstile access notice before the trip.

Tell the venue about access needs through its official channel instead of relying on a general customer-service promise or a fan report. The route that works for a wheelchair user may differ from the main crowd flow after the show.
